These Terms govern the rights and obligations arising from the purchase contract between the Buyer and the Seller through the online store at www.tropicexoticthunder420.net. Any deviations must be agreed upon in the Contract. The Terms are available in Czech and English,

Buyers can order Goods via a User Account after registration. Accurate information must be provided, and Buyers are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their login details. The Seller may cancel accounts not used for over a year.

The online store displays Goods with prices, which are non-binding. Buyers place orders by filling out a form, and upon confirmation from the Seller, a Contract is established. The Seller reserves the right to request additional confirmation of the Order.

Prices include VAT and related fees. Payment methods include cash on delivery, bank transfers, and card payments. Buyers must ensure correct payment details and may be charged interest on late payments.

The Seller may withdraw from the Contract before delivery. Buyers can withdraw if the Seller is delayed in delivery by over two weeks. Withdrawal must be in writing and is effective upon delivery to the other party.

Delivery methods are decided by the Seller. Buyers must accept Goods upon delivery, and any delivery issues must be reported immediately. Additional costs may apply for re-delivery.

The Seller is liable for defects in Goods according to applicable law. Buyers can request remedies for non-conformity, such as replacement or repair, as outlined in the Complaints Procedure.

Ownership of Goods transfers upon full payment. The Buyer must not interfere with the Seller's website or software. The Seller is not liable for third-party errors.

Correspondence should be delivered in writing or via e-mail to the addresses specified in the User Account.

Tropic Exotic Thunder law governs these Terms. Invalid provisions will be replaced, and any changes require written form. The Contract is archived electronically and is available upon request.
